Commercial Construction Project Manager

Project Superintendent – Lead Commercial Construction Excellence in Castle Rock Location: Castle Rock, CO. Schedule: Full Time. Job Type: Permanent. Compensation: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (based on experience). Job Overview Serve as the primary on-site leader, orchestrating all field activities to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will steer high‑impact commercial projects for an industry leader that values partnership and personal responsibility as the foundation of every build. How You Will Make an Impact Direct all on-site construction activities and subcontractor workflows to ensure project milestones are met on schedule. Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain a secure and professional job site environment. Coordinate daily logistics and material deliveries to prevent production bottlenecks or project delays. Interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications to ensure field installations align with design intent. Resolve technical field issues and conflicts through proactive problem‑solving and clear communication with project managers. Document daily progress, site conditions, and manpower usage to provide transparent reporting to all stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrated experience leading field operations for commercial construction projects. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Proven track record of managing subcontractors and maintaining strict project timelines. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5 years of related work experience in commercial construction supervision. Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site compliance. Proficiency with digital construction management tools and daily reporting software. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor junior field staff and lead by example.
