Location: Nappanee, IN Salary: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Nappanee. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, processing orders, answering incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The team recently transitioned to Microsoft Business Central, creating an immediate need for additional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Phone Support (40%)
  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and general questions.
• Order Entry (50%)
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately using Microsoft Business Central.
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and order information.
• Administrative Support (10%)
  • Assist with general customer service tasks and collaborate with the customer service team to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of stable customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
• Previous ERP experience.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Strong tenure with previous employers (2-3 years preferred).
