We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients in both individual and couple sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to inform treatment plans. \n
- Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples, addressing relationship dynamics and communication patterns. \n
- Providing individual therapy to clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, to address a wide range of mental health concerns. \n
- Specializing in family therapy, you will manage complex issues such as conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce. \n
- Skillfully addressing topics such as grief and loss, job stress, and abuse, while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. \n
- Documenting treatment progress, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to ethical and legal guidelines. \n
- Collaborating with other mental health professionals within the organization to optimize client care and improve outcomes. \n
Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient population, including couples navigating relationship challenges, individuals dealing with behavioral issues, and families requiring systemic intervention. We value personalized approaches, understanding that every client has unique experiences and needs. You will work on key issues such as:

- Alcohol abuse and its impact on family dynamics. \n
- Physical and psychological trauma. \n
- Familial conflicts and sibling rivalries. \n
- Effects of grief and loss on individuals and families. \n
- Challenges faced by blended families and the adjustment to remarriage. \n
- Separation and divorce issues, including emotional adjustments. \n
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Comprehensive understanding of therapeutic modalities relevant to family dynamics and individual mental health. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients. \n
While we welcome individuals at various points in their careers, preference will be given to candidates who have:

- Experience working in telehealth settings. \n
- Expertise in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). \n
- A track record of working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. \n
- Flexibility to provide sessions during evenings or weekends to accommodate client schedules. \n
