Lead Power Electronics Engineer

We are working with one of the most exciting Space companies in the market that are looking for a Lead Power Electronics Engineer to design, test, and analyze custom electronic hardware for advanced aerospace applications You will own hardware development throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and schematic capture through board bring-up, verification, qualification, production, integration, and operational supp t. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in electronics and power systems design, along with the ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced development environme Responsibilit ies: Design and develop custom electronic hardware for mission-critical applica tionsLead hardware development from concept through production and operational deplo ymentPerform board bring-up, validation, debugging, and data ana lysisSupport qualification testing and reliability assessment for harsh operating environ mentsCollaborate closely with mechanical, thermal, software, manufacturing, and systems engineering teamsContribute to design reviews, technical trade studies, and integration ef ortsDrive hardware projects to meet technical, schedule, and reliability require Required Qualifica tions: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relate d field10+ years of experience designing electronics for harsh-environment or mission-critical systems such as aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or industrial appli cationsExperience with board-level hardware design from concept through manufa cturingExperience with hardware bring-up, validation, troubleshooting, and de buggingFamiliarity with eCAD tools such as Altium, Cadence, or similarStrong cross-functional communication and collaboration Desirable Qualifications (not es e systemsExperience designing for reliability and manufact urabilityTechnical expertise in one or more of the followi ng areas:Motor drives and controlsDC-DC c switchesHigh-voltage DC el n systemsExperience working in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated i #J-18808-Ljbffr
