Job Summary We are hiring Care Givers for our Fayetteville community. The role involves providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, comfortable, home‑like environment. Responsibilities Maintaining cleanliness of the resident’s room and work areas. Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety. Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed. Engaging residents in life skills and other enrichment activities. Position Requirements Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred. High School diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience working with seniors preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co‑workers. Superior customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities.Must demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
