In addition to sales and distribution for North America, the more than 100 employees take care of converting and packaging for the domestic market. The Sales Specialist is responsible for executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the defined scope. This position manages key customer relationships, develops sales plans, monitors performance metrics, and works cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. This role also involves working closely with other members of the sales team to meet or exceed targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Vice-President of Sales, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned scope. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand existing accounts. Analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive data-based decision-making. Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews, sales forecasting, and performance evaluations. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities. Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management. Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements: Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in a sales role (typically 2-3+ years) Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and market dynamics Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience in the paper industry or printing industry Multilingual capabilities or international sales experience Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinking and analytical mindset Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Join us as a Sales Specialist and become a vital part of a team that values innovation, growth, and customer success.
