Paralegal- In House- Insurance Litigation

Leading Insurance Company is seeking an experience general liability paralegal to join their growing legal department in Coral Gables, FL. Candidates must have experience handling the defense of: auto accidents and premise liability (slip & fall) and/or general personal injury defense. Duties include drafting pleadings, motions and discovery; preparing cases from inception through trial including assisting with trials. We are seeking candidates with: strong knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures, including electronic filing, service of process, court calendaring, deposition coordination, and deadline management. This position does not require billing for time. The schedule is 8:30-5:30 M-F with an hour lunch. Work from home on Fridays after probationary period. Full benefits package. New hires will have to pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
