Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Schedule: 10-7 Mondays and Wednesdays, 7-4 Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-3:30 Fridays
• Typically 1-1 care
