Sr. Software Product Owner

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and recommend technical software solutions across product lifecycle stages
- Develop release plans and lead sprint planning, grooming, and software delivery execution
- Translate user needs and business requirements into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
- Create flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to guide development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field
- 6+ years professional experience in clinical genomics software development
- 5+ years experience with Agile/Scrum or equivalent software development lifecycle
- Proven track record delivering complex software products to completion
- Strong written and oral communication across scientific, engineering, and regulatory disciplines
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
