This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex wound care needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations for patients with acute and chronic wounds. Develop and implement individualized wound care management plans based on evidence-based practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Provide education to patients and families regarding wound management and prevention. Stay current with advancements in wound care management and participate in continuous professional development. Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing (NP program). Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification. Wound Care Certification program completion preferred or willingness to enroll. Previous experience in wound care preferred. Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer $3500 Sign-On Bonus.
