TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro ICU RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103!

Job Title: Neuro ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Neuro ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Must-Have: - ICP Monitoring - Ventilator Management - Telemetry Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and must be worked out prior to assigning. Any call-offs or additional RTO on unit may result in cancellation. Unit will not accept first-time travelers. This position requires a significant amount of experience in stroke management and critical care patient management. The ideal candidate will have experience with ICP monitoring, seizure management, and titrating drips. Candidates must be open to floating within or near the facility. Staffing ratios are 2:1; occasionally 3:1. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Special equipment management for this role includes EVD and ventilators. Candidates must pass EKG testing prior to starting. All RTO must be pre-approved. No additional RTO can be requested after signing.
