Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Care Physicians seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-owned, multispecialty group in Latham, NY. In this outpatient role, you will evaluate and manage adult urology patients, perform focused exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and provide pre- and post-operative care in collaboration with urologists. You’ll educate patients, coordinate care across our network, and document thoroughly in the EMR.
