Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams. Description Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Oversee contract administration, procurement, subcontract negotiations, and change order management. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and profitability. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff. Collaborate with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved. Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business opportunities. Participate in preconstruction planning, estimating reviews, and strategic project execution. Ensure projects meet all contractual, safety, and quality requirements. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor. Proven success managing large-scale or multiple concurrent commercial projects. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, project controls, and risk management. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring project teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Experience with healthcare, higher education, industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, or large commercial projects is highly preferred. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
