Diabetes Educator & Dietitian DSMES Specialist
American Geriatrics Society
Wellstar is seeking a Diabetes Educator/Dietitian to coordinate DSMES and nutrition care across inpatient and outpatient settings in the Marietta area. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with the diabetes self-management team, and document care in the health record, aligning with ADA standards and Joint Commission expectations. Independence in performing job functions and engagement in community education events may be included as part of duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr American Geriatrics Society
