Senior MuleSoft API Developer

Senior MuleSoft DeveloperAgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced MuleSoft API Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise API and integration solutions. This role will partner with architecture, engineering, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integrations supporting critical banking platforms. Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale API modernization and digital banking initiatives within a fast-paced and highly collaborative engineering organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.Build and support RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.Develop integrations across cloud, on-premise, and third-party platforms.Implement API security, monitoring, governance, and performance best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Participate in support and on-call activities for critical applications.Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Qualifications8+ years of software engineering experience.5+ years of MuleSoft development experience.Mule 4, Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, CloudHubExperience developing REST APIs and integration services.Strong understanding of JSON, XML, RAML, and OpenAPI.Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS, and API security standards.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.Strong production support and troubleshooting skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in banking, fintech, or regulated industries.MuleSoft certifications preferred.Monitoring & Operational ExperienceExperience with monitoring toolsSupport for 24x7 mission-critical applicationsWhat We're Looking ForCollaboration across engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.Ownership and accountability for delivering quality solutions.Self-reliance with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.AgreeYa is a global systems integrator delivering competitive advantage for its customers through software, solutions, and services.
