The Details

• Role: Production Supervisor

• Shift: Night Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

• Location: Sweetwater, TN

• Position Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do (The Mission) As the nighttime captain of our molding department, you won't just watch the machines run—you'll drive the pulse of our production. You will:

• Lead the Crew: Supervise, train, and mentor an awesome team of machine operators and material handlers.

• Drive Excellence: Oversee daily operations, smash production schedules, and keep scrap levels low.

• Troubleshoot & Optimize: Dive into machine performance, assist with mold changes, and keep our industrial equipment running like clockwork.

• Champion Safety & Quality: Maintain a crystal-clear, 5S-organized environment where safety and quality standard compliance come first.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing or plastics processing (bonus points for structural foam or injection molding! ).

• Leadership Grit: Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a production environment.

• The Know-How: A strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, machine operations, and process optimization.

• The Hustle: Ability to stand/walk the production floor , lift up to 40–50 lbs when needed, and bring high energy to the 3:00 AM stretch.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required (technical training is a plus! ).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operators, material handlers, and production staff.
• Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, scrap levels, and downtime.
• Assist with machine setups, mold changes, and troubleshooting production issues when necessary.
