- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years work experience in an office environment
- 1+ years of work experience in permitting commercial projects.
- 3+ years experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Degree in Business, Construction, Architecture or Engineering or related field.
- Applicable work experience in an Architectural and Engineering firm.
- Prior use of Bluebeam and Smartsheets.
- Basic understanding of Accessibility, Building, Mechanical and Electrical code.
- Knowledge of the construction process and methods.
