Senior DevOps Engineer

Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance. Telework: 1 day per week Job Description Efforts will focus on DevOps engineering of a modernization effort to converge NSA’s authoring, dissemination, and other supporting tools. Deploying applications; installing and configuring complex software; managing network servers and technology tools; monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance; and troubleshooting issues and outages. Work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 4–6 weeks). Required Experience Linux AWS, MASH, and VMs Docker Swarm Deployments of distributed web applications (e.g., GitLab CI/CD) Terraform scripting and VM provisioning Ansible scripting and development Thorough understanding of Docker & Docker Compose container technology Git Desired Experience Python scripting and development NiFi maintenance and configuration Elasticsearch maintenance and configuration Java / Spring Boot (troubleshooting error logs) HAProxy MongoDB Benefits 25 days PTO 11 paid holidays 100% employer‑paid healthcare for employees and dependents (available day 1) 8% 401(k) employer match – immediate vesting Salary range is an estimate based on current market conditions and may be adjusted based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
