Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Location: Cottage Grove, OR

Position: PA or NP Emergency Department

Start Date: June 5, 2026 (Orientation on June 4)

Duration: Through September 30, 2026

Shift Details:

• 10-hour shifts (12:00 PM 10:00 PM)
• June dates: 6/5, 6/12, 6/21, 6/27
• Additional coverage needed July September (schedule TBD)
• No call required

Position Overview:

• Setting: Hospital-based Emergency Department (inpatient & outpatient)
• Coverage reason: Staffing gaps
• FTE: 1 provider
• MD/DO support available onsite

Facility Details:

• ED Beds: 8
• Inpatient Beds: 7
• Average Patients per Day: 41
• Patient Population: All ages

Requirements:

• Active Oregon license required at time of submission (no licensing assistance available)
• Board Certified PA or NP
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • ATLS
  • TNCC
• Must provide documentation of emergency medicine experience within the past 24 months
• Comfortable performing standard ER procedures
