Your Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare services for individuals and families across all agesfrom pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Oversee chronic illness management, preventive healthcare, acute care needs, and mental health issues with a patient-first perspective.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, evaluate diagnostic test results, and curate individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other professionals to guarantee a holistic healthcare experience.

• Utilize electronic medical documentation (EMR) to ensure meticulous and current patient records.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Necessary Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or possess) an active California medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
