Responsibilities Perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs to manufacturer specifications Follow Toyota repair procedures and use genuine OEM parts whenever applicable Operate modern collision equipment including frame racks, welders, and measuring systems Disassemble and reassemble damaged vehicles, documenting hidden damage for supplements Work closely with estimators, parts staff, and the production team to keep repairs on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with shop safety standards Qualifications Proven experience with structural and cosmetic collision repair Strong attention to detail and a commitment to repairing vehicles safely and correctly Great work ethics and a “can do” attitude in the face of change Ability to read and follow manufacturer repair procedures and repair orders I-CAR or ASE certification a plus, with a commitment to ongoing training The ability to work flexible hours, including Monday – Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr
