Our agency officially opened its doors in 2023, and I've proudly been part of the State Farm family since 2019. We're a growing team of five — myself and four dedicated team members — who share a common goal of serving our community while continually improving both personally and professionally. I'm originally from Alabama and a graduate of Troy University. I'm married and have one wonderful daughter, and we're proud to now call Charleston home. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
