Clinical Nurse - Outpatient Infusion

Role Overview Seeking a compassionate and skilled Infusion Therapy Oncology Nurse to provide direct patient care in an outpatient infusion setting. Responsibilities include administering infusion therapies, assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families on disease management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care , safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities for professional development and career progression through a structured RN Career Ladder that promotes leadership and skill enhancement. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree, RN license required. Preferably with 2+ years of experience, especially in oncology, infusion, hospice, or critical care. Strong IV insertion and port access skills necessary. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to work safely and maintain constant alertness in a safety-sensitive position. Key Duties Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a healing environment. Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs. Participate in activities promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
