As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers, support front-end operations, and help create a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced grocery store environment.

What You'll Do
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product inquiries
- Process returns, exchanges, and front-end transactions
- Answer phones and provide customer support
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
- Support front-end team members and daily store operations
- Promote store programs, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
- Handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently
- Manage lottery machine operations and related procedures
- Follow company policies and customer service standards

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to assist customers
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to follow store policies
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to collaborate with fellow employee-owners and management
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Work Environment
- Fast-paced grocery store front-end environment
- Exposure to varying temperatures near entrances and exits
- Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 2550 lbs
