Clinical Research Nurse / Study Coordinator

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $29.08 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Research Nurse / Study Coordinator to support an ongoing large-scale clinical study in the United States. This role is responsible for coordinating study activities, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting participant recruitment and retention, and ensuring patient safety and compliance throughout the research process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical studies in accordance with FDA, GCP, ICH, and company guidelines .

• Prioritize patient safety while providing appropriate clinical care and study support.

• Schedule and coordinate participant visits within required protocol windows.

• Perform study procedures including informed consent, screening, vital signs, pregnancy testing, height/weight measurements, ECGs, and other protocol-required activities.

• Accurately document patient information, test results, and study data.

• Maintain source documents, patient files, case report forms, and electronic data systems.

• Enter study data and resolve queries within required timelines.

• Support participant recruitment, enrollment, retention, and follow-up.

• Conduct patient calls, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications as needed.

• Maintain accurate investigational product accountability records when required.

• Identify and report potential protocol non-compliance to appropriate site personnel.

• Ensure IRB requirements and approvals are maintained throughout the study.

• Attend study initiation meetings, training sessions, and relevant site meetings.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical research environment.

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education in nursing, clinical medicine, or a related field.

• Current RN, LVN, or LPN license in good standing.

• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience or comparable experience.

• Understanding of clinical research processes, including GCP, SOPs, informed consent, and safety monitoring .

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make appropriate decisions independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic documentation systems.

• Fluent English communication skills preferred.

Pay Rate: $ 29.08/hour

Pay Details: $29.08 per hour
