Real Estate Sales Intern

Key Real Estate Capital is a high-growth real estate finance company helping investors find and fund purchases, refinances, DSCR loans, fix & flips, and construction deals nationwide. We work with serious investors moving serious volume — and we need someone who is relentless on the phone. This is not a passive internship. This is a high-output, high-reward sales role. You will: Cold call investor leads daily Qualify real estate investors for upcoming purchases or refinances Set intro calls with assigned Account Executives (AEs) Live on the phone If you’re the type who thrives on competition, metrics, and performance-based pay — this is for you. Metrics: 2,000+ outbound calls per month Track and report pipeline metrics Your job is simple: Find serious investors → Qualify them → Get them to your AE Compensation Data: This is a performance-driven role. Average close rate: 1.6% 15% commission on revenue generated from clients you originate With expected performance:

• 16 funded deals/month
• $12,000/month potential earnings
• $150,000+ annually (Not including accelerators or bonuses)

After sourcing 50 new funded clients: You move onto the Account Executive promotion track , with: Higher commission splits This role is designed to turn killers into closers. You are: Comfortable with rejection Energized by competition Money-motivated Able to handle 100+ conversations weekly Interested in real estate investing and financeCoachable but competitive Experience: Sales experience is a plus.
