Your superhero duties include:

• Providing exceptional, compassionate care with the kind of patience only someone with a heart of gold can offer.
• Helping residents with daily living activities like dressing, bathing, meals, and mobilitythink of it as supporting someone's independence with a side of kindness.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentationbecause details matter.
• Communicating with your team and leadership about resident needs and changesyou're the eyes, ears, and sometimes, the favorite storyteller on the floor.
• Ensuring our residents' living spaces stay clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Contributing to a positive environment that respects dignity, choice, and good old-fashioned customer service.

The must-haves:

• State CNA certification
• A deep love of people and a genuine desire to make their day a little brighter.
• Strong communication skillsyou listen well and speak kindly.
• Ability to lift, support, and help others safely (we'll train you, don't worry).
• A positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and maybe a few dance moves (optional, but encouraged).

Bonus points for:

• CPR Certification (if you have it, great! If not, we'll help you get there.)
• Experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting.
• Knowing all the words to "Sweet Caroline"not required, but it might win you some serious brownie points.

What you'll need to bring to the table (besides your winning personality):

• A valid CNA certification - you've done the work, show it off!
• CPR certification is preferred. If you've got it, amazing. If not, we can help you get therejust don't practice on your lunch break.
• The ability to read, write, and speak Englishwe love multilingual team members, but we do need to understand each other clearly.
• A background that aligns with state and federal regulatory guidelineswe think you're awesome, but the law has a say too.

Lifelong learning (a.k.a. you never stop leveling up):

• Stay sharp by attending in-services and education programswe promise, there won't be a pop quiz... probably.
• Complete your Relias trainings on timeyes, we see you trying to do them at 11:59 PM. Still counts!
• Knock out your 12 hours of annual in-service training to keep your certification currentand your skills polished.
• Keep your CPR certification up to datebecause being a hero sometimes comes with paperwork.
