Certified Personal Trainer

We are seeking experienced, self-motivated Personal Trainers to join our team at Everyone Fitness. This position is ideal for trainers who are already established and looking for a professional, high-quality facility to grow and operate their business. We are specifically looking for trainers who have prior experience working in a gym, training independently, or running their own client base. Candidates who currently train clients at other facilities or privately are encouraged to apply and bring their existing clientele. This is a flexible, self-driven position where trainers manage their own schedules. We handle all billing, contracts, and scheduling software—allowing you to focus strictly on training and client results. Responsibilities Provide high-quality personal training sessions to clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Retain and grow your client base (both existing and new) Maintain a professional presence on the gym floor Deliver results-driven training programs Requirements Prior personal training experience (required) Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) Proven ability to train clients independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and reliable (no micromanagement) Ability to bring or build a client base preferred Compensation & Perks 70% commission split to the trainer We handle all billing, credit card fees, software, contracts, and administration No out-of-pocket expenses for trainers No sales pressure or back-end work Flexible schedule – you control your hours Ability to bring your own clients We also provide additional client opportunities Why Trainers Choose Us At Everyone Fitness, trainers are able to focus on what they do best—training—while we handle the business side.
