Sales Coordinator

Full Time Assignee: Chesterton, Chesterton, IN, US Location: Chesterton Salary Range: $17.00 To $20.00 Hourly (Hybrid Position) About the Role Step into a high-impact leadership role where people, process, and performance come together. As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide exceptional customer experience, collaborating across the organization to deliver seamless order execution and customer satisfaction. Communication is key, and tasks may include processing orders, relaying tracking information, checking order status, and resolving customer issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Receive and enter orders accurately, confirming order status and product availability. Work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are released, processed, and fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Confirm customer account and payment terms, process credit card payments. Respond to customer requests via email and telephone. Provide product lead times, shipment tracking, and other information requested. Escalate unresolved customer issues to designated departments/management for further investigation and resolution. Individual and Team Keep up to date technically and apply new knowledge to your job. Meet required team goals and report to pre-designated workstation 8 hours per day. Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. What You Bring Experience A high school diploma or GED is required. A college degree or equivalent work experience demonstrating transferable skills is preferred. Minimum 3 years of customer service experience. Knowledge of the Audio/Video, Technology, IT, or related industry is beneficial. CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification is a plus. Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment and successfully lead a team. Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing platforms, messaging applications, and general business software. Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy while managing competing priorities.
