As a machine operator, you will be trained to run a variety of machines including grommet machines, packing machines, auto serge machines, and industrial sewing machines. You will use computer systems to follow packing and quality instructions to ensure all expectations are met. The role requires adherence to company safety rules and regulations communicated both in person and via an app. Physically, the position involves bending, lifting, standing, stooping, squatting, reaching, and walking for up to 12 hours daily, with occasional lifting of 30-50 pounds. Shift options include fixed and rotating schedules across day, night, and swing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing, packing, grommet, and auto serge machines
• Ensure product quality by following packing and quality control guidelines
• Comply with all safety rules and procedures
• Use computer systems to track and document work processes
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Collaborate with small teams while also working independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in machine operation
