Location: Cupertino, CA

Client: Multinational Technology Company

Job Type: 12 months of contract on W2

Will be working on site via the hybrid schedule, 3 days a week

Duties

Strong data and analytic skills, knowledge of Excel, Numbers and data modeling. Reporting and presentation skills a plus. Looking for a person who has a passion for data and numbers.

• Interpret data, analyze and process data
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Filter and “clean” data for system consumption
• Transaction to account matching
• Triage and research submitted tickets
• Use resources (i.e. Tableau, Box, Internal Systems) to validate data
• Data Processing - Excel
• Support Tickets - Attention to detail, written and verbal communication organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated understanding of business
• Demonstrated ability to manage through various customer situations
• Seeking and acting on feedback from business partners
• Demonstrate understanding of the business and master data management concepts.
• Process on average 6 files/week (files range from 5,000 rows to 40,000 rows)
• Process on average 30 support tickets/week
• Achieve SLA of 5 business days on support ticket responses
• Achieve SLA of 48 hours on data maintenance requests
• Achieve SLA of 5 business days on major data change requests
• Drive an increase in % first contact resolution for support tickets
