Description: We are seeking an experienced RN for a step-down/telemetry unit. This position involves caring for adult and geriatric patients. The RN-to-patient ratio is 6:1. Candidates must have 1-2 years of step-down/telemetry experience. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Experience with Paragon and Pyxis EMR systems is preferred.
