Registered Nurse - Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho Specialty

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3x12 hour shifts from 06:45 AM to 07:15 PM.

Must be available for call requirements: two to three 12-hour shifts per six-week schedule on Saturday and Sunday. Shifts may also extend beyond normal hours to accommodate patient care needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho specialties. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical care skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver education to patients and families regarding care and treatment plans.

Required Experience and Certifications

• Current RN License required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho nursing is essential.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and health screenings.
