Customer Opportunities + Support Redfin.com customers: You’ll get 100 new customers each year from Redfin, in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business. Support: You’ll get support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Our inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books them directly on your calendar. They handle many details for events, like organizing showing appointments and letting you know when and where to show up. Earn More Money Competitive splits: Redfin agents earn competitive commissions on the revenue of closed deals, with no limits on the amount you can earn. Splits vary by deal source (agent-generated or Redfin-generated) and higher commission splits are awarded for repeat Redfin clients. Planned 2025 ad spending divided by lead agents working at Redfin as of January 2025. Who You Are Active and unrestricted real estate license. Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market; proof of current auto insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/50 throughout employment. Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions, or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity. You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process. You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients, closing deals, and earning referral business. You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently. The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $30,000-$1,250,000. On average, agents make $165,000, but there is uncapped potential.
