Lead Data Scientist

Leading complex data science initiatives, the full-time Lead Data Scientist will work remotely to design, build, and deploy models that enhance user engagement and business impact through advanced machine learning and AI techniques. Key responsibilities Lead data science projects focused on audience decisioning, marketing analytics, and pharma direct measurement Derive insights from large datasets to improve understanding of user identity and the customer journey Develop and implement predictive models and measurement capabilities to optimize marketing and content strategies Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related quantitative field with a focus on audience modeling and marketing analytics Proven technical leadership and experience influencing business strategy through advanced analytical approaches An undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science Deep understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics Expertise in Python and familiarity with data science libraries and cloud platforms
