Prime Location in the heart of Castro in a secure Medical Building, 2 blocks from Castro Muni. We currently have two Acupuncturists, a Chiropractor, a Reiki Practitioner and several Massage Therapists offering different modalities. We share the treatment rooms, offering exclusive time to Practitioners, so you can build a reliable schedule for your clientele. We also offer non-exclusive time to fit in an extra session or two as needed, when a room is available. Referral opportunities between Practitioners is an added bonus of our unique suite. Posting your pic, info and website to our website is included at no additional cost, and provides some extra exposure for your business. Each treatment room is tastefully decorated, and has a massage table, Bluetooth compatible speaker, table heater, client chair, practitioner chair and HEPA filter. The suite includes a beautiful lobby entry with fountain, an in-suite restroom, Wi‑Fi, filtered water, practitioner office area, and storage, central air and heat. The building is zoned medical and correctly for massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy. Suites have shifted to more Holistic offerings in the last years. Exclusive Time Full Days (8:00 am‑9:00 pm – $260 /month), 1/2 days (8:00 am‑2:30 pm or 3:00 pm‑9:00 pm – $180 /month) Example: All Sundays for a full day for the month is a total office rent of $260, or all Saturdays 8:00 am‑2:30 pm during a month is a total office rent of $180.
