Electrostatic Paint Tech - Level 1

All coatings are applied using the advanced Ransburg Electrostatic Method, ensuring precision, uniformity, and minimal overspray. Role Description The Electrostatic Paint Tech - Level 1 will be responsible for performing electrostatic painting on a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet company standards. Day-to-day tasks include equipment setup, surface preparation, paint application, and quality inspections. The role demands adherence to safety protocols and an eye for detail to deliver outstanding results. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Charlotte Metro area. Qualifications Experience with Paint and Painting techniques, preferably in a professional setting Hands-on knowledge of working in Body Shops or Collision repair environments Competence in Quality Control to ensure high standards of workmanship Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team Reliable transportation to travel to job sites within the Charlotte Metro area Previous experience with electrostatic painting is a plus but not required (training will be provided) High school diploma or equivalent is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Electro Painters
