Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to our high standards of service

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and maintain a menu that delights our guests and reflects our brand

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction

• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated

• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and learning

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of restaurant or venue management experience

• Experience in high-volume, event-driven, or outdoor dining environments strongly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and peak seasonal periods

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment

• Indoor and outdoor operations with exposure to varying weather conditions

• Requires standing, walking, and active engagement throughout the shift

• Includes late nights, weekends, and event-based scheduling
