Cybersecurity Manager

Amentum has a workforce of approximately 50,000 people in over 80 countries on all seven continents and is headquartered in Chantily, VA The candidate will perform the following duties: The Cybersecurity Manager manages all cybersecurity operations and related processes based on Government-approved ITSM processes The Cybersecurity Manager is tasked with overall leadership of Task Order governance, risk, and compliance and ensuring operations sets, comply, and monitor in accordance with regulations, policies, and processes. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience (within the last seven years) with all phases of Information Assurance (IA) and accreditation processes, securing IT systems and services using Government and industry IA standards, policies, and guidelines. A minimum of five years of experience (within the last seven years) managing and leading a security operations staff with skills applicable to a project environment similar in size and scope referenced in this TO A minimum of five years of experience (within the last seven years) successfully managing information security risks including completing the entire Access and Authorize (A&A) process and receiving Authority to Operate (ATO) for the cloud. ITIL V4 Foundation Level Certification. Possesses a certification in accordance with the DoD 8140 DCWF at the Advanced level. Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience (within the last seven years) with encryption devices and procedures as they relate to networks and data. A minimum of five years of experience (within the last seven years) with Federal governance, risk, and compliance management. ITIL V4 Managing Professional Level Certification. Work Environment: This position is performed in a traditional office/home office environment. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Compensation and Benefits Hiring salary range is $175k-$200K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
