We are seeking a Nurse LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

​Responsibilities:

• Complete Medical Intakes
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with psychiatrist and RN to prescribe medications
• Complete Nursing Screens
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments
• Conduct medication counts

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be licensed
