Data Entry Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email (pricing, orders, product info, shipments)
• Accurately process orders and maintain customer records through data entry
• Respond to customer requests and follow up within 24 hours
• Support sales team with quotes, administrative tasks, and product information
• Resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty

Data Entry Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong data entry and typing accuracy
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Multi-tasking and time management
• Attention to detail and organization

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
