Program Manager
Nextonic Solutions LLC
Location: Rockville, United States Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large, complex technical, scientific, research, or information technology programs. Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting program or project management activities for a Federal agency. Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multi‑disciplinary technical teams and subcontractors. Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, and deliverables across multiple projects or task areas. Experience supporting Federal Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Federal Program Managers (FPMs), and technical stakeholders. Experience leading executive‑level briefings, governance meetings, and strategic planning sessions. Strong technical leadership skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Preferences Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience supporting NIH, HHS, or other Federal research organizations. Experience managing scientific, biomedical, research, or laboratory technology programs. Experience supporting Agile and hybrid project management environments.
