If RN has a BSN and enrolled in Master's program, RN must meet with their Nurse Leader within 3 months to conduct the following: Provide a written plan with anticipated Masters completion dateSubmit a review of transcripts from the school indicating the required pre-requisites and timeline for taking the coursesComplete Masters within 3 years of start date.Experience: 2 years of progressive experience in nursing in designated specialty; 3 months of experience serving as preceptorCertification: BLS from the American Heart Association; Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state RN License.We are Inova, Northern Virginia's leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
