Employment Litigation Associate

Overview The Firm is nationally ranked in the First Tier for Labor and Employment Litigation, Employment Law, and Labor Law on behalf of Management by U.S. News - Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms”. The work includes defending and litigating a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination, as well as advising, counseling, and training employers on various employment and labor law issues. Representation of employers occurs in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration for matters such as class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
