• License/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS required
• Experience: 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized critical care to cardiac ICU patients, including post-operative cardiac surgery and/or adult cardiac patients
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage advanced cardiac devices such as VENTs and Swan-Ganz catheters
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Respond to patient emergencies swiftly and effectively, demonstrating advanced technical skills
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health record system
• Assist with unit float requirements within similar acuity levels as needed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through compassionate, patient-centered care

What You Need
Required:

• Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience
• Skilled in IV starts, telemetry, VENTS, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, PA lines
• Experience with Epic EHR system

Preferred:

• Previous travel or agency ICU experience
