The ideal candidate will demonstrate high academic achievement and possess relevant industry or law firm experience. Responsibilities Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering and software-related technologies. Collaborate with clients to understand and protect their intellectual property. Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses. Requirements 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Admission to the USPTO. Education Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Certifications USPTO registration. Skills Superb writing and communication skills. Experience with machine learning, telecommunications, autonomous driving, RF circuitry, and hardware security. Benefits Medical insurance.
