Banner Health's Maternal Child Health team is seeking a Pediatric RN, Case Manager to provide telephonic complex case management for children and their families. You'll partner with members, caregivers, providers, and community resources to coordinate care and support management of complex medical needs. This role starts onsite for training at Banner Corporate Mesa or Tucson for three months, then becomes remote with a Monday to Friday 8am-5pm schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr Banner Health
