Second-Shift Lead Operator - Rotary Press & Training

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is hiring a Second Shift Lead / Machine Operator at Saunders Houston in Cypress, TX. The role combines hands-on press operation with on-floor leadership to support second shift production, training, and real-time coordination. You will operate Mark Andy Rotary presses, serve as on-floor contact for second shift, onboard new operators, and ensure quality and safety by following SOPs. The position reports to Production Supervisor.
