Department Urgent Care Center_Stickney Pt
Job Summary Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Technologist will perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis and / or intervention. Technologist will assume responsibility for all designated areas and procedures as required. Required Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Mandatory Education Preferred Education Required License and Certs ARRT: Amer Reg Rad Technologist
BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
FL RT: Florida Radiologic Tech
RTR: Registered Tech Radiology Preferred License and Certs Our urgent care centers are open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required. Additionally, shifts can vary from 8 hour shifts to 10 and 12 hour shifts. Flexibility to work at all 7 of our urgent care locations is also required, however schedule location preferences will be taken into consideration.
Employment Screening Requirements As part of Sarasota Memorial Health Care System's commitment to keeping people safe, all individuals providing care to vulnerable populations are required to undergo background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
