This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their ownhomes. Important Requirements Applicants must have: Valid full Drivers License held for at least 12 months Reliable vehicle for traveling to individuals homes Valid and verifiable Personal Care Homemaker (PCHM) Certificate Join our team as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and provide one-on-one support to individuals in their own homes. Youll help clients maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and daily routines through personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, errands, and companionship. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility and other activities of daily living Cleaning, laundry, organizing, and light household tasks Meal preparation and meal planning Grocery shopping, errands, and essential household needs Provide companionship and support with daily routines Document services using a mobile device Communicate concerns or changes to appropriate team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Valid Personal Care Homemaker (PCHM) Certificate required Valid Drivers License held for at least 12 months and reliable vehicle required Must pass required background checks Dependable, compassionate, organized, and able to work independently Previous personal care or caregiving experience is a plus Why Join Us?
